Questions and answers
Real estate photography in Yerevan: common questions
How much does real estate photography cost in Yerevan?
The price depends on the size of the property, the number of rooms and where the photos will be used. Send the property type, area and address, and we reply with a quote.
What does a real estate photoshoot include?
Interior and exterior photos, amenities and finish details and, on request, agent or developer portraits and short vertical clips for social media.
Do you photograph new developments and construction progress?
Yes. We photograph developer projects, finished interiors and construction stages for campaigns and progress updates.
How should I prepare the apartment for the shoot?
Clear the surfaces, open the curtains, switch on all the lights and put away personal items such as family photos and documents. We adjust the final styling details on site.
Do you keep vertical lines straight in interior photos?
Yes. Straight verticals and balanced window light are the basis of our interior photos, so rooms look the way they feel in person.
Can you shoot vertical video for listings and social media?
Yes. Short vertical property clips can be added to the photoshoot; mention them in your brief.
Do you photograph agents and the sales team?
Yes. Agent, architect and developer portraits can be made on the same day as the property photos.
Do you photograph properties outside Yerevan?
Yes. We photograph properties in Yerevan and elsewhere in Armenia; tell us the location when you write.
What do you need from me to plan the shoot?
The property type, area, address, an access window and the channels where the photos will appear, for example a listing site, a campaign or a portfolio.
In what format do you deliver the photos?
We agree the crops and orientations before the shoot, so the files fit your listing site, advertising and social media.

What should the listing make immediately clear?
